Routine appointments and preventive care are the heart of optimal dental health. During your bi-annual visits, we’ll perform a comprehensive exam, take any necessary x-rays, and professionally clean your teeth to keep your smile looking and feeling its best.

Frenectomies

Our frenectomy procedures remove the frenum, a thin piece of tissue found under the tongue or the upper gums beneath the upper lip, which can hinder teeth and jaw development, speech, and a poor latch for breastfeeding.

STAY CALM

If you experience some sort of dental accident, the best thing you can do is to stay calm. While you may feel inclined to panic due to the pain and stress of an injury, you can take comfort knowing it can be treated, and our team is here to help get you back to a healthy, pain-free smile.

REDUCE BLEEDING

Once you’ve gained control of the situation, take assessment of your injury. If you’re experiencing any bleeding, place a strip of gauze on the site of the injury and apply pressure with your by biting down on the gauze.

CONTROL SWELLING

Over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help to temporarily reduce pain and swelling. However, steer clear of any blood-thinning medications like aspirin. An ice pack or cold compress can be applied to the cheek near the affected area to help reduce pain and inflammation.

When can I start using my membership?

Your membership is effective immediately!

How do I schedule my preventive care?

Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!

How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?

Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.

How do I know if I need Perio membership?

If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.

Can I add members to my account?

Absolutely! Your entire family can join.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?

Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.

How can I check on the status of my account?

Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.

Can I change or update my billing information?

Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.

How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.

If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?

No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.

How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?

You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.

Can I prepay my membership fees?

Memberships are currently month-to-month only.

What information is required for me to sign up for my club membership?

An email address for receipts, credit or debit card, full name, address, phone and date of birth.

Dr. Jean Guevarra You is a native of Northern New Jersey and graduated magna cum laude with Bachelor’s degrees in both Biology and Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She devoted much of her spare time as a pre-doctorate towards helping underserved women and children through her work with professional non-profit organizations. Following her dental education, Dr. Jean continued her training in the specialty of Pediatric Dentistry at the prestigious Columbia University – New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. At Columbia University, Dr. Jean received extensive training in working with children of diverse backgrounds including those with complex medical conditions and special needs in the outpatient, emergency and operating room settings. In her post-doctorate career, she has furthered her knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and treating tethered oral tissues by taking advanced continuing education courses, receiving certification, and attending nationwide symposiums geared towards laser treatment of lip and tongue ties. Dr. Jean is part of a small group of specialty trained pediatric practitioners who underwent the rigorous process of becoming Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

She attended dental school at the University of Pennsylvania, a top tier dental school in the United States, and completed her residency at the prestigious Harvard University’s Brigham and Women’s hospital. Her work there kindled her interest in the care of medically complex patients which led her to fellowship in Dental Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, one of the nation’s best hospitals in several specialty areas. There she discovered her love for working with children, which inspired her to further her knowledge in pediatric dentistry and obtain her certification at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.

Upon graduation, Dr. Cyelee became the director of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania where she taught pre-doctoral students at the dental school and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. After four years as faculty at UPenn, she moved back to New York to be closer to her husband where she enjoyed being part of a private practice and caring for children in the community.
